Civilized Jews and Christians have similarly realized that there was something wrong with all that "smiting" that God allegedly prescribes in the Old Testament, which is the foundation of both of these religions and Islam as well.

Iraqi exiles say Uday murdered at will and tortured with zeal, and routinely ordered his guards to snatch young women off the street so he could rape them. The London-based human-rights group Indict said Uday ordered prisoners to be dropped into acid baths as punishment.

I don't personally believe literally in Revelations, but the model of a charismatic but murderous "Messianic" leader has already been fulfilled by Napoleon Bonaparte, the original Mahdi (slave trader Mohammed Ahmed, portrayed by Sir Laurence Olivier in Khartoum), and Adolf Hitler. (According to the motion picture dramatizations of their biographies, Attila the Hun and Shaka of the Zulus also fulfilled Messianic roles.) Furthermore, the Koran defines Jesus as a mortal prophet, not the son of God who will return some day, so this "imam" sounds to me like a blaspheming infidel pig according to what's actually in the Koran.

As shown by the above, the militant "Muslim's" promise or word of honor is worth no more than a blast of flatulence, the only thing in its favor being its relative lack of odor. The fart, on the other hand, is far more honest about its nature and must therefore be considered far superior to the promise of an Islamofascist.
