It is known that Arabs wear long flowing robes for comfort in hot weather but a trench coat is not traditional Arab clothing. Furthermore, it is designed for comfort in cold weather. We can therefore conceive of no other reason for this behavior than to do what burglars call “casing the joint,” or checking out a target’s security. Since our legal system cannot read the Saudis’ minds, however, the police must let them go because it is not illegal to wear winter clothing in sweltering weather. We can, however, easily envision an Al Qaida member, acting on information provided from this experience by opening his trench coat to reveal a machine gun and explosives, and then hijacking the school bus as the fictional Scorpio killer did in the movie Dirty Harry.

It is, however, poor judgment to wear a trench coat in summer weather in an era that is rampant with terrorism. A man was shot dead by British police for wearing an overcoat in a tube (subway) on a warm day and then refusing their orders to stop. This could have been a scene right out of Robert A. Heinlein’s The Puppet Masters, in which parasites from a moon of Saturn attached themselves to people’s spinal cords. Under Operation Bare Back, everyone had to walk around shirtless so it could be seen that they were not carrying parasites, and wearing an overcoat was an invitation for the nearest bystander to blast one through the chest. The energy weapons in use would go all the way through and kill the parasite as well.

Before anyone begins to salivate at the thought of Operation Bare Back, Murphy’s Law says we will get Rosie “you aren’t allowed to own a gun but I am” O’Donnell and Cynthia “Security rules are for everybody but me” McKinney in halter tops while ladies who expect Chippendales models are likely to get Michael Moore wearing only shorts. That’s attractive only if one has a fetish for Jabba the Hutt so we had better look for other ways to guarantee our security but we digress. The point is that the fundamentalist “Islamic” culture of death has in fact created a situation in which unattended luggage and vehicles, along with bulky garments and backpacks, are cause for suspicion and can even draw a lethal response. Israeli soldiers killed a 13 year-old Palestinian girl for entering a restricted area and coming at them with a backpack while yelling in Arabic.

This recent and frightening incident is but one of many problems with Saudi Arabia and the 20,000 or so Saudi students who have been allowed into the United States. A local man who pointed out possible trouble with 22 or so Saudis at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre PA received the usual barrage of politically-correct multiculturalist swill in the local newspaper, and a couple of hundred Wilkes students turned out for a protest. Badr Al Hussain’s and Fahad Al Yami’s letter to the Wilkes-Barre Times-Leader invited Americans, “We would also like to invite you to learn about Islam, as it should be taught.” Well, the Washington Post recently reported how Islam is taught in their home country: the Saudi Ministry of Education’s official textbooks refer to Jews and Christians as apes and swine respectively.

Meanwhile, terror supporter Al-Waleed bin Talal (he is on record as raising money for families of Palestinian suicide bombers) gave Georgetown University $20 million for an Islamic studies center whose purpose is to “promote understanding between Muslims and swine,” excuse us, “Muslim-Christian understanding.” This is the same individual who boasted during an interview, “There are no Christians in Saudi Arabia.” Meanwhile, a Saudi teacher who “mocked religion” by talking about the porcine, excuse us, Christian, Bible and praising apes (Jews) got 750 lashes and more than three years in jail.

Saudi Arabia’s religious police also murdered a large number of schoolgirls by keeping them inside a burning building. The girls were apparently not veiled properly and the Saudi religious police considered it more appropriate to burn them alive than to let them appear in public with their faces exposed.

…One witness said he saw three policemen “beating young girls to prevent them from leaving the school because they were not wearing the abaya”.
The Saudi Gazette quoted witnesses as saying that the police - known as the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice - had stopped men who tried to help the girls and warned “it is a sinful to approach them”.
The father of one of the dead girls said that the school watchman even refused to open the gates to let the girls out.

Furthermore, Saudi Arabia has committed acts of war against the United States and we should by all rights roll the Abrams tanks into that country. Per Wall Street Journal, 13 June 2002, page A18, “Daughters of America.”

In highly charged testimony delivered via videotape, Amjad’s mom, Monica Stowers, told the House she remains in Saudi Arabia because she fears for her daughter’s life; Miss Stowers further reported that both her son and daughter were raped by members of her former husband’s family. The Roush sisters are also adults.”

It is eminently clear that all this Saudi goodwill is a propaganda effort to infiltrate the United States with fundamentalist Islamic teachings and get us to drop our guard. While, to paraphrase Martin Luther King, every Saudi has the right to be judged by the content of his character as opposed to his nation of origin, he must nonetheless be regarded as a potential fifth columnist or propagandist. If we pull an apple from a barrel that stinks of rot and pestilence, we might be lucky enough to get a good one but we are far more likely to bite into rotten fruit and maggots. As shown above, the Saudi barrel stinks of pervasive government-sponsored religious intolerance and bigotry, along with support for terror by members of the Saudi Royal Family.

A random sampling of Saudis is therefore dangerous enough but the 20,000 or so students are here with the approval of the Saudi government. We doubt that any of them have been in trouble with the religious police for “mocking religion” (expressing tolerance for people of other faiths). Americans must therefore counteract their influence by keeping Saudi Arabia’s official hatred of Judeo-Christians, its barbaric atrocities against its own female population, and its acts of war against the United States foremost in the public view no matter how loudly the politically-correct multiculturalists squeal in response.
